Born and raised in Yellowknife, I’ve always called the North my home. After having three children of my own, I felt a deep calling to support others on their journey into parenthood, which led me to the world of birthwork. I am currently completing my certification as a birth and postpartum doula, and I am passionate about empowering families during this transformative time in their lives.

I love supporting all types of births, from first-time parents to experienced families, and I deeply value providing compassionate care during the postpartum period. Whether it’s offering emotional support, guiding new parents as they adjust, or simply holding space during the big moments, my goal is to help families feel seen, heard, and supported.

I am particularly passionate about supporting teen parents who may feel overwhelmed stepping into this new role. As someone who had her first child at 19, I understand how intimidating the journey can feel and aim to provide a safe, nurturing presence for those who need it most.
