Being born and raised in the prairies, I came to the north 15 years ago, first to Yellowknife and then onto Hay River.  It is in the Northwest Territories that started my family; a husband and two children whom are now seven and five. I feel fortunate to be raising my family in the North.  

 

By trade, I am a massage therapist and fitness instructor.  In the past I have also worked within the human services sector in addictions, mental health counselling and family violence. In my free time you will find me cross country skiing, hiking or devouring yet another good book.
