About the event
Join us for our Virtual prenatal to postpartum classes! Our program is a 3-week cohort that includes prenatal, birth, and postpartum topics. That also include a feature class at the end of the cohort that dives deeper into crucial topics that will help you along your reproductive journey.
Our goal is to help you gain confidence, understand your body and learn how to advocate for yourself. We hope our classes are accessible for families and provide a safe space to ask questions. Everyone has different experiences; we wish to honour that in our groups.
We plan to have Ten pregnant folks join us! You're encouraged to bring a support partner, whether a spouse, family member, or friend.Ā
