Claudia is a queer settler living in the community of Yellowknife. She was born in her ancestral homeland of Venezuela and immigrated to Canada over 15 years ago, where she pursued studies in sociology and education. She works as a teacher and is passionate about Indigenous midwifery and reproductive justice in the North.
